i found some discounted brie at the grocery store today, on account of its expiration date nearing. i've always wanted to try baked brie, so i figured this would be the perfect opportunity.
i brought it home, unwrapped it, and layered it with brown sugar and almonds.
then, i put it in the oven!
here it is in its ooey goodness:
it tasted divine. i wish i could have eaten the whole thing. instead, this cute little monster devoured it whole. i rounded the corner and it was gone!
